Instructions: Two Handed Backhand Groundstrokes

The role of the non-dominant hand is important in two handed backhand.  For a right handed player, learning how to hit left handed forehand will dramatically improve the two handed backhand.  The Racket Bracket will be the perfect tool to help players learn to hit forehand with their non dominant hand. Just like on a normal forehand, The Racket Bracket  places the wrist in the laid back position and trains players to brush the ball with a "windshield wiper" like motion to generate topspin.  Once this technique is established, the dominant hand can be placed on the grip to create the two handed backhand.
